Sofa Cleaning

Fabric sofa cleaning at home, without soaking the frames

Sofas take the worst of daily use — body oils at head level, food and drink spills, pet hair, and a build-up of dust that settles deep into the weave. A vacuum alone cannot release that, and drenching a sofa is a mistake you feel for days. We clean upholstery in place, with controlled moisture and proper extraction.

We handle fabric sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, ottomans and cushions, for homes, offices and hospitality, with our own crew and equipment.

What we do

• Fabric check first — a small test patch tells us what the weave and any backing will tolerate.
• Dry vacuuming to lift loose dust, hair and crumbs.
• Targeted treatment of stains and oily headrest areas before the general clean.
• Low-moisture cleaning with controlled extraction so the frame and filling do not get soaked.
• Deodorising, and airflow drying so the sofa is back in use the same day in most cases.

What to expect

Light-coloured sofas lift dramatically; darker and heavily soiled ones take a second pass. Very old stains may leave a faint mark, and we will tell you that before we start rather than after. Leather is treated with a separate conditioner, not the fabric method.

Rates

Priced per seat or per piece after a look at the fabric and soiling. A standard three-seater set is usually a same-day job.
