If the marble in your Gurgaon home or office looks flat under the lights — a grey haze, faint scratches, joints that read dull — the stone itself is usually fine. What has gone is the finish on top of it. We grind past that layer, refine the stone and polish it back to the depth it had when the floor was first laid.

Why Gurgaon floors dull faster

Most Gurgaon flats have a marble or imported-stone floor that takes constant traffic in a small footprint, usually with fine grit from nearby construction. Add humid months when the surface stays slightly damp, and mopping pulls soils into the polish instead of off it. The result is the familiar grey film that no amount of cleaner removes. The fix is mechanical, not chemical: take the top layer down and rebuild the gloss.

What we do, step by step

• Free inspection of scratches, joint gaps, hollow patches and any old wax or sealer.
• Protection of edges, skirting and furniture legs before machines start.
• Diamond grinding to remove the film and level light lippage.
• Honing through the grits so the scratch pattern comes down evenly, not in one jump.
• Filling of chips and hollow joints with stone glue where the bed is sound.
• Final polish. Crystallisation or a silicate sealer only if you want it and the stone suits it.
• A daylight walk-through at handover, with anything uneven pointed out honestly.

Rates for Gurgaon

As a working band for regular residential marble: a maintenance buff is roughly Rs.5–15 per sq.ft, a full diamond polish Rs.15–25, and a deep diamond job with crystallisation Rs.25–35. Stairs, counters, wall cladding and very large halls are quoted separately. You get the band in writing before work begins, and the final figure follows a look at the floor.

Dust, downtime and access

We run wet where the stone allows and use extraction where it does not, bag the slurry and wipe skirting before we leave. A typical 3BHK takes one to two days plus drying time. Large villas and offices are scheduled in sections so you keep access.
